2023 Kia Niro Plug-In Hybrid
The Niro Plug-In Hybrid version has the same sporty exterior and standard features as the regular hybrid, but some drivers prefer a plug-in hybrid because the electric motor doesn’t need to be charged as often. With an estimated 108 MPGe, 510 miles of total driving range, and 33 miles of all-electric driving range, this plug-in hybrid is an excellent choice for a sustainable drive.
2023 Kia Niro EV
Fully electric vehicles like the Niro EV are becoming more popular and more affordable. The EPA estimates that the Niro EV has a range of 253 miles, which can increase to 253 when drivers use a DC fast charger. The Niro EV has zero emissions, but the electric motor doesn’t sacrifice any performance power. Drivers can enjoy 201 horsepower from the electric motor and an acceleration speed of zero to sixty in 7.1 seconds.
2023 Kia Soul EV
While Kia may be focusing more on the Niro this year, the Soul EV is still an excellent option, especially if you’re still a fan of the Soul’s boxy exterior. The EV model has two battery options, one of which has an electric range of 171 miles and the other that has a range of 280 miles.
2023 Kia Sorento Hybrid
The Sorento is another powerhouse SUV in the Kia lineup with an all-electric range of 31 miles, a combined EPA estimate of 79 MPGe, and a 460-mile extensive range. Along with all the other impressive features included with the base Sorento trim, drivers can also enjoy 261 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque with this hybrid SUV.
